Do you offer custom sizes?
Every rug in our range can be made to a custom size, so you're never limited to standard sizes. Simply use our configurator tool to design your rug to the exact dimensions your space calls for.
How long will my rug take to arrive?
All rugs are made to order in Adelaide. Please allow two weeks for production and shipping.
Where are EC Rugs made?
EC Rugs are made at our Lonsdale, SA facility, right alongside the carpet we're known for. Being Australian owned and Australian made means every rug gets the same hands-on care as the rest of our range, from fibre through to the finished piece.
Can I order a sample?
Seeing and feeling a rug in your own home makes all the difference, so your first three samples are free. Extra samples beyond that are $4.95 each, letting you compare as many shades and textures as you need before you commit.
How do I clean my rug?
Regular care goes a long way with your EC Rug. Vacuum it often to keep it looking its best, and if something spills, blot it straight away with a clean, dry cloth rather than rubbing it in, which can spread the mark or affect the fibres underneath. For day to day marks, our EC Cleaner is made to lift stains gently while protecting the rug's appearance over time. Every few years, a professional clean will help keep it feeling fresh.
